The Aktau Tourism City LTD company received financing of the first stage of the multifunctional hotel and tourist complex "Aktau Resort Hotel" from Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC. The total cost of the Project is 66.8 billion tenge, the bank provided a loan in the amount of 42 billion tenge for a period of 20 years.
The construction of a new hotel and tourist complex 19 km from the center of Aktau city made it possible to create the only seaside resort in the Central Asian region, providing a five-star "all inclusive" service from the recognized world brand RIXOS.
